Clary sage is anti-bacterial, ant-fungal and antiseptic which makes it a great addition to a blend for acne, rashes, and general calming of the skin in soaps, lotions and skin treatments. Its highly relaxing properties relieves depression and anxiety, promotes sleep and deep relaxation in diffusers. In massage oils, it promotes deep muscle relaxation relieving pain and stiffness. There are claims that it is an aphrodisiac.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:  Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do to the sedative effect of clary sage, use with alcohol or sedatives is not recommended. May cause sensitization. Do not use on children under 6.
