Juniper Berry has many uses dating back to ancient times in Tibet, Mongolia and Europe. Juniper Berry is a natural antiseptic and is also antimicrobial making a great treatment for Acne. In lotion and creams it is used to treat eczema and psoriasis. Its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties aid in arthritis and rheumatism. In massage oils, it relaxes stiff muscles and eases pain, and has been used to fight cellulite. In a diffuser, it has a great calming effect, combating nervousness, stress and anxiety. It is often used for relaxation in meditation.  Juniper Berry Essential Oil has been shown in studies to speed wound healing. This oil is also a natural insect repellent.
