Niaouli is a close relative to Tea Tree oil but with a fresh, slightly sweeter aroma. It is antiseptic, and bactericidal. It is used in a variety of skin care products especially those threating acne, oily hair and skin. It is an immune stimulant, boosting white cells, so is a great combatant to infection. It works well on cuts and burns. In massage oil blends, it is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and clean smelling. In diffusers, it promotes alertness, and is used in treating cough, colds, flu and sinus infections.
