 Spearmint Oil is a softer than most mint Essential Oils. It is a safer alternative than Peppermint, and is even considered safe for use in children. Being antibacterial and antiseptic, it is often used to treat acne. Used in a mist or diffuser, this fresh, clean aroma promotes clarity and with its natural decongestant and expectorant and is used for asthma, cough, colds, sinus infections and headaches. It also has natural analgesic and anesthetic qualities so it is great for joint and muscle pain and stiffness. It can be used with a compress for pain or fever.
